Uber contemporary restaurant and bar equipped with masterful mixologists that are dying to concoct the drink of your dreams for you. The space is beautiful. You almost forget you're in DTLA, until you look outside across the street to LA Live. I suggest you sit facing the wall opposite the windows so you can transport yourself to an exotic Latin locale to go with the muy excellente grub-a-dub-dub offered here.

The room has a very interesting look: dark, somewhat serious, perhaps a bit at odds with the playfulness of Sedlar's cuisine. I like the long, enclosed feeling of the main dining space, though. Might be a difficult place to have a large group in.
