Weiland is an American Bistro in Downtown Los Angeles featuring late night dining with a full Bar, great beer selection and over 100 of the best wines California has to offer. Great place with cheap booze, amazing service, and quality food. The atmosphere here is great - fun jukebox, super low-key, great for watching sporting events - they not only have TV's but there is sound as well, which may sound strange but some bars with TV's don't necessary have audio.

The place is conveniently located, underground, in the City National Bank Building. Parking is accessible from either 5th Street or Flower Street. The staff is great, the bar is excellent - liquors as well as a ton of beer, and their happy hour is priced well. If you can make it for their lunch specials, even better.
